This ROCKWELL economic type controller which is used for medium voltage overhead line monitoring and controlling, which can be equipped with pole mounted switchgear achieve of automatic monitoring, fault analysis and event records, and drive switch to isolate off line fault, recovery gird safety running.
It’s suitable for up to 35kV outdoor switchgear using, include: vacuum circuit breakers, oil circuit breakers and gas circuit breakers.
This type of product gathering with all the functions like:
line protection, controlling, measurement and monitoring of voltage and current signals.

出口經(jīng)濟(jì)版重合閘控制器是中壓架空線路電網(wǎng)的監(jiān)控單元，與柱上開(kāi)關(guān)配合實(shí)現(xiàn)線路狀態(tài)自動(dòng)監(jiān)控、故障分析、判斷記錄，具備驅(qū)動(dòng)開(kāi)關(guān)保護(hù)線路設(shè)備安全，切斷線路故障及自動(dòng)恢復(fù)線路運(yùn)行等功能。適用于35KV及以下戶外開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)備，包括真空斷路器，油斷路器及氣體斷路器。

1、具有速斷、限時(shí)速斷、定時(shí)限過(guò)流的三段式保護(hù)功能； 2、具有手合加速段保護(hù)功能，斷路器合于故障加速跳閘，并閉鎖合閘； 3、具有0~4次自動(dòng)重合閘功能，滿足“分-t1-合分-t2-合分-t3-合分-t4-合分-閉鎖”工作特性，具有重合閘后加速功能，重合次數(shù)、延時(shí)可自由設(shè)定； 4、具有零序保護(hù)功能，能判斷小電流故障； 5、具有涌流抑制保護(hù)功能； 6、具有PT過(guò)壓分閘保護(hù)功能； 7、具有PT失壓分閘保護(hù)功能； （根據(jù)用戶需求添加） 8、具有得電合閘保護(hù)功能； 9、具有頻率保護(hù)功能； 10、具有預(yù)付費(fèi)保護(hù)功能； （根據(jù)用戶需求添加） 11、具有儲(chǔ)能告警功能； 12、其它功能：事件記錄、實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘、實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)查詢； 13、可選功能：SOG保護(hù)功能、雙PT功能、CT防開(kāi)路功能、智能手機(jī)控制（藍(lán)牙）、GPRS無(wú)線通訊、手機(jī)短信（GSM）。 Detail Functions: 1、with Instantaneous over current protection, definite time over current protection and over current protection protection; 2、with Manual closed accelerating protection, the breaker will trip fast when it’s closed in fault, and it will trip and lockout close operation; 3、with 0 to 4 shots reclosing, “O-t1-CO-t2-CO-t3-CO-t4-CO-lockout”,with Reclose accelerating protection, shots setting, delay time setting; 4、with zero sequence over current protection, E/F, SEF; 5、with cold load protection ; 6、with over-voltage protection ; 7、with under-voltage protection ;（optional） 8、with electricity-running close protection ; 9、with frequency protection ; 10、with relay for pre-payment meter input;（optional/definable） 11、with motor emerging failure alarm; 12、Event record, Real-time sync, Real time checking, 13、Optional functions: Sectionalizing SOG protection, Double-PT, protection for CT circuit, intelligent phone control/blue booth, GPRS communication, Mobile-phone message/GSM. |
