This ROCKWELL self-standard type controller which is used for medium voltage overhead line monitoring and controlling, which can be equipped with pole mounted switchgear achieve of automatic monitoring, fault analysis and event records, and drive switch to isolate off line fault, recovery gird safety running.
It’s suitable for up to 35kV outdoor switchgear using, include: vacuum circuit breakers, oil circuit breakers and gas circuit breakers.
This type of product gathering with all the functions like:
line protection, controlling, measurement and monitoring of voltage and current signals.
This recloser controller support 8 channels sampling, can be customized choose additional sampling like conventional Voltage transformer or Voltage sensor.
It supports two ports communication.

    出口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版重合閘控制器是中壓架空線路電網(wǎng)的監(jiān)控單元，與柱上開關(guān)配合實(shí)現(xiàn)線路狀態(tài)自動(dòng)監(jiān)控、故障分析、判斷記錄，具備驅(qū)動(dòng)開關(guān)保護(hù)線路設(shè)備安全，切斷線路故障及自動(dòng)恢復(fù)線路運(yùn)行等功能。適用于35KV及以下戶外開關(guān)設(shè)備，包括真空斷路器，油斷路器及氣體斷路器。

    出口標(biāo)準(zhǔn)版重合閘控制器是集線路保護(hù)、控制、電壓電流信號(hào)測(cè)量、監(jiān)視于一體的綜合自動(dòng)化戶外測(cè)控裝置。具有處理單條架空線路所有電壓電流信號(hào)于一體及開關(guān)遠(yuǎn)程操作的全部功能。本版本支持8路采樣通道，可以根據(jù)需求選擇電壓互感器采樣或者電壓傳感器采樣。同時(shí)支持兩路通訊，滿足大多數(shù)用戶的需要。

1、具有速斷、限時(shí)速斷、定時(shí)限過流的三段式保護(hù)功能，同時(shí)每段有低壓閉鎖、復(fù)壓閉鎖和方向過流保護(hù)模式可供選擇，而且具備反時(shí)限過流保護(hù)；

2、具有手合加速段保護(hù)功能，斷路器合于故障加速跳閘，并閉鎖合閘；

3、具有0~4次自動(dòng)重合閘功能，滿足“分-t1-合分-t2-合分-t3-合分-t4-合分-閉鎖”工作特性，具有重合閘后加速功能，重合次數(shù)、延時(shí)可自由設(shè)定。另外，相間過流重合閘和零序過流重合閘是分開的；

4、具有零序保護(hù)功能和靈敏接地保護(hù)功能，同時(shí)帶有方向過流保護(hù)；

5、具有涌流抑制保護(hù)功能；

6、具有過負(fù)荷保護(hù)功能；

7、熱線保護(hù)功能；

8、具有兩段負(fù)序過流保護(hù)功能；

9、具有過壓分閘保護(hù)功能；

10、具有低壓分閘保護(hù)功能；

11、具有零序過壓分閘保護(hù)功能；

12、具有高溫保護(hù)功能； （根據(jù)用戶需求添加）

13、具有重瓦斯保護(hù)功能； （根據(jù)用戶需求添加）

14、其它功能：事件記錄、實(shí)時(shí)時(shí)鐘、實(shí)時(shí)狀態(tài)查詢；

Detail Functions:

1、with Instantaneous over current protection, definite time over current protection and over current protection protection, over current

three-stage current protection, low voltage component block, composite voltage component block or direction component block is available

 for each section, pulse inverse time limit over current protection;

2、with Manual closed accelerating protection, the breaker will trip fast when it’s closed in fault, and it will trip and lockout close operation;

3、with 0 to 4 shots reclosing, “O-t1-CO-t2-CO-t3-CO-t4-CO-lockout” , Reclose accelerating protection, shots setting, delay time setting;

independent phase over current reclosing and zero sequence over current reclosing;

4、with zero sequence over current protection, E/F, SEF, with directional protection model for  selection ;

5、with cold load protection ;

6、with over load protection;

7、with hot-line-tag protection;

8、with two-stage negative sequence over current protection;

9、with over-voltage protection ;

10、with under-voltage protection ;（optional）

11、with residual voltage protection ;

12、with relay for additional transformer protection high temperature input; （optional/definable）
